Financing & payment
HVAC systems are a significant investment. We offer flexible ways to pay so you can get the comfort and efficiency you need now — without delaying a critical repair or replacement.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover — all accepted at completion, or split across two cards if you prefer.
For installs over $1,000, reserve your slot with a 10% deposit and pay the remaining balance once the work is done and you’re satisfied.
For system replacements and installs over $2,000, financing is available with monthly payments. Example pricing: a $7,500 system replacement at 9.99% APR over 60 months is roughly $158/mo; a $12,000 install over 120 months is roughly $159/mo. Subject to credit approval.
5% off any HVAC service for seniors (65+), active-duty and retired military, and active first responders — proof of eligibility required.

Every HVAC install and major repair is backed by a full one-year warranty on parts and labor — if anything we touched fails, we return and fix it at no cost.
New AC, heat pump, and furnace installs carry the full manufacturer warranty (typically 5–10 years on parts). We handle registration and the paperwork.
Refrigerant work follows EPA 608 procedures, permits are pulled for new equipment installs, and ducts are sized to ACCA standards. We correct any flagged issue at no cost.
