We handle the coordination so you don't have to. From first call to final walkthrough, we manage every piece.
Tell us what you need — electrical, plumbing, roofing, kitchen, anything. One conversation, one point of contact. No chasing down five different contractors.
We coordinate the licensed subs, pull permits if needed, and manage the project. You get text updates as we hit milestones. You never have to play project manager.
Travis (your lead) signs off on every project before we call it complete. We back our work — if something isn't right, we fix it.
What we do
Don't see your project?
Ask us. If it's home improvement, we probably cover it.
Tell us what you needWhy TradeCraft
Not just a GC who subs out everything. Travis holds a Master Electrician license — which means he understands the electrical work he coordinates, can catch code violations, and signs off on projects other contractors have to outsource.
Every homeowner gets a single point of contact from first call through project completion. You text or call Travis. He handles the rest — coordinating subs, managing permits, and keeping you updated. No getting passed around to different crews.
Got electrical, plumbing, and flooring? That's one call to us. We bring in vetted, licensed subs and manage the coordination. You deal with one company, not five separate crews.
We back our work. If something doesn't meet our standard, we fix it. Most contractors disappear after the check clears. We don't.
Where we work
We work throughout Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia. If you're not sure whether we cover your neighborhood, just ask.

We typically collect a deposit at project start and the balance upon completion. For larger projects, we can structure payments in stages aligned with project milestones. We accept checks, bank transfer, and card payments.
We cover DC, Maryland (Montgomery County, Prince George's County, Frederick County), and Northern Virginia (Fairfax, Arlington, Alexandria, and surrounding areas). If you're not sure, just ask.
We handle urgent repairs when possible. If you have an emergency (active leak, electrical hazard, no heat/AC), call or text us and we'll tell you what we can do. Electrical emergencies and HVAC failures are our most common same-day calls.
Yes. We stand behind the work we coordinate. If something we completed isn't right, contact us and we'll make it right. Warranty terms vary by trade and scope — we'll spell out the specifics on your project estimate.
Depends on the project type and our current schedule. Small repairs and service calls: often within 1–3 business days. Larger projects (kitchen remodels, additions, full rewiring): typically 2–4 weeks from signed contract. We'll give you a realistic timeline on your estimate.
Whether it's one trade or ten, one room or a whole addition — TradeCraft coordinates every piece so you can focus on living, not managing contractors.
